Craig H. Lichtblau, MD, PA is seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our compassionate and collaborative care team. We offer a patient-centered approach, a healthy work-life balance, and no weekend hours.
Our clinic is a unique, hybrid physical therapy department that tailors treatment to each patient’s needs. Our mission is to help patients improve mobility, relieve pain, restore function, and return to the activities they love.
We treat a wide range of conditions, including:
- Complex orthopedic conditions
- Amputations and osseointegration cases
- Total joint replacements
- Neurological conditions, such as:
- Traumatic brain injuries
- Spinal cord injuries
- Stroke
- Other complex neurological presentations
What We’re Looking For
We seek a driven, creative Physical Therapist who thrives with a manual therapy–heavy caseload and can work effectively with complex orthopedic and neurological cases. You should have a strong patient-first mindset and the ability to think outside the box to help improve function and quality of life.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 per year
- Annual performance bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide manual therapy and guide patients through therapeutic activities
- Instruct patients on home exercise programs
- Assist with functional mobility and daily living activities
- Manage a high-volume patient load while maintaining quality care
- Assess acute and chronic conditions, including joint pain
