Immediate Opening for Corporate Paralegals in Fort Lauderdale!
We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support our team. In this role, you will have a front-row seat to corporate legal operations, working on contract review and drafting, compliance initiatives, and cross-departmental support. Qualifications:
• Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Legal, Compliance, or Corporate Governance role.
• Strong research and drafting skills, with the ability to produce clear, actionable recommendations.
• High attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work directly with senior executives.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the company in corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements including NDAs, commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and employment/consultant agreements.
• Review marketing materials, terms and conditions, disclaimers, and company policies for legal compliance.
• Assist in compliance training and company-wide initiatives on advertising laws, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Assist in tracking and communicating the status of active legal matters, including commercial litigation cases, to internal stakeholders.
• Provide legal research and prepare concise memoranda with recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Operations, Customer Service, and Sales to align legal and business objectives.
• Monitor contract renewals, deadlines, and compliance performance metrics.
• Participate in building out a scalable legal department that grows with the company.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: $70,000 – $80,000, depending on experience.
