<p>Job DescriptionTo plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program in an preschool learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>
<ul>
<li>MUST HAVE 45-hour childcare course</li>
<li>Experience (preferably, we can provide training) </li>
<li>Must be local to Miami Gardens area</li>
<li>Position is full time, 9am-6pm</li>
<li>Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities.</li>
<li>Supervise and ensure the safety of children during indoor and outdoor activities.</li>
<li>Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff regarding daily activities and any concerns.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.</li>
