WHO YOU ARE:
You're outgoing, fast-moving, and love working in a high-energy food environment. You’re a great multitasker who can take orders, fill drinks, grab snacks, and keep the line moving, all while delivering friendly, accurate service. You're dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to keeping things clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Krave Cashier, you’ll handle guest orders, operate the POS, and manage front-of-house service. You’ll also fill drinks, prep grab-and-go items, and keep the dining area clean, stocked, and welcoming.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greet guests and take food and beverage orders with energy and accuracy.
- Operate the POS system and process payments (cash, card, gift cards).
- Know the Krave menu and help guests with recommendations or questions.
- Fill fountain drinks and hand out grab-and-go items like snacks, desserts, and prepackaged food.
- Communicate food order modifications to the kitchen accurately.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked front counter and dining area.
- Restock utensils, condiments, beverages, and quick-grab inventory.
- Sanitize tables, counters, and guest seating areas throughout your shift.
- Assist with running orders and supporting kitchen coordination as needed.
- Respond professionally to guest questions, concerns, or complaints.
- Notify management of low-stock or supply issues promptly.
WHAT IT TAKES:
- Friendly, efficient, and focused on guest service.
- POS experience is helpful but not required.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet.
- Food service or front-of-house experience preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends.
