Join a high-need and established primary care clinic in Ocala, Florida, where you can make a real difference in the lives of seniors (65+). Position Highlights

• Outpatient primary care exclusively for seniors aged 65 and older

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a dedicated lunch hour

• Expected daily patient volume of 10 to 15

• Quality-driven care model without RVU or fee-for-service pressure

• IM, FM, or Geriatrics specialties accepted

• FM physicians should be comfortable treating a senior-only panel

• Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary and 100K+ bonus potential available based on quality and outcomes

• Sign-on bonus

• W2 employed model with comprehensive benefits package

• Malpractice coverage, licensure support, renewal fees, and four weeks of PTO

• Bonus structure may be used toward student loan repayment

• Flexible contract structure with a three-year term and only 30-day notice requirement

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in IM, FM, or Geriatrics

• Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one

• Experience working with or strong interest in caring for seniors

• Strong commitment to value-based, patient-first care

• Solid documentation skills and comfort with technology-driven workflows

• New graduates welcome with demonstrated alignment to senior-focused care
