- Provide friendly, professional, and personable customer service.
- Report any type of suspicious behavior to the office or notify the police, if necessary.
- Gate personnel will remain alert at all times, ensure that all vehicles entering the property are identified as residents or bonafide guests or vendors.
- Assist residents in emergency situations.
- Keep a log of all activities and provide the same daily to the Community Association Manager. See the Gate Manual for more details.
- Notify residents when guests arrive, issue guest parking passes, with dates and unit number clearly identified.
- Work as a team with the Concierge, Property Manager, Maintenance Team, Gate Supervisor, etc.
- Safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with RPM’s internal procedures and policies as well as all related employee handbooks and training/safety manuals.
