Hiring Commercial HVAC mechanics for long term projects.
Duties include, but not limited to:
· Installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot issues
· Perform routine maintenance, and ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
· Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVACR systems, including electrical components and wiring
· Perform tasks like filter changes, lubricating motors, and operational tests
• Be able to Read Blue Prints.
• Assisting in terminating electrical panels, set fixtures, outlets, and various electrical devices.
• Must be dependable and willing to complete the project from start to finish.
• Other assigned tasks and duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements:
• Have at least 5-6 + years Recent Commercial Experience
• Must be able to work independently as well in a team environment.
• Be able to work with Minimal Supervision
