About the Role
As our full-time, on-site Maintenance & Property Manager, you'll ensure the safe, efficient, and smooth operation of our reimagined 66-unit residential building, including amenities, shared spaces, and your own private manager’s residence and office.
This is ideal for someone who values independence, responsibility, and quality of life in a tight-knit coastal community.

️ Key Responsibilities
-
Perform daily and preventative maintenance throughout the property
-
Oversee building systems, repairs, and vendor activities
-
Maintain pool, amenities, and common areas to high standards
-
Manage and complete work orders in a timely manner
-
Coordinate and supervise vendors (landscaping, pest control, etc.)
-
Maintain building records and digital documentation
-
Monitor property compliance with community rules
-
Support setup/takedown for occasional resident events
-
Communicate professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and board members
✅ Who We’re Looking For
-
5+ years in maintenance, facilities, construction, or property operations (residential community experience preferred)
-
Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair
-
Experience managing vendors and service contracts
-
Self-motivated and highly organized
-
Comfortable working independently and handling urgent needs
-
Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in community care

Familiarity with building systems is a plus
-
Able to work occasional evenings and weekends
Requirements

High school diploma or GED
-
Valid Florida driver’s license
-
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors

Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, recordkeeping)

CAM license preferred (or willingness to obtain – tuition refund available)
-
OSHA 10 certification preferred (or must complete upon hire)
