Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy sessions to children, focusing on fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and functional play.

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure skill generalization.

• Document progress accurately and communicate with the team.

• Maintain a safe, engaging, and child-friendly therapy environment.

Requirements

• For OTs: Active Florida license as Occupational Therapist.

• For COTAs: Current certification and active Florida license.

• Passion for working with children and families.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
