Schedules That Fit Your Life
Choose the shifts that work best for you, here are some examples:
Morning shifts: 8am12pm, 9am1pm, 10am2pm
Short or split shifts: 23 hours (AM or PM)
Standard shifts: 46 hours
Extended shifts: 712 hours (day or overnight)
Private duty schedules vary based on client needs; this is how we offer you flexibility!

What Youll Do
As a valued member of our home care team, youll help clients live safely and comfortably in their own homes or living arrangement.
Typical responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility support)
  • Providing care and companionship to clients, including those with dementia or memory care needs
  • Preparing meals and supporting clients with nutrition and hydration
  • Offering medication reminders (no administration)
  • Performing light housekeeping and laundry
  • Observing, documenting, and reporting changes in client health or behavior

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely - we do not permit "deadlifts"
  • Reliable, compassionate, and able to follow Client Care Plans in English
  • Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • CPR (or willingness to complete hands-on class-office offers $50 2-year certification)
  • Level 2 background screening (or willingness to complete)
  • TB test completed within the last 6 months (or willingness to complete)
