Project Scheduler – Electrical Construction | Miami, FL

Our electrical construction client is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join their Miami team. You’ll play a critical role in coordinating project schedules for high-profile ground-up builds across South Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage comprehensive project schedules using Primavera and MS Project
- Review and compare GC look-ahead schedules, perform time impact assessments
- Generate monthly reports on schedule status and performance vs. plan
- Integrate change orders and commissioning milestones into baseline schedules
- Interface with field and office teams to ensure alignment on project timelines
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling (electrical preferred)
- Strong communication skills and experience working with GCs, subcontractors, and clients
- Skilled in Bluebeam, Excel, Primavera, and Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of risk identification and delay analysis
- Degree in construction-related field a plus
Salary Range: $70,000 – $95,000 base + benefits
