We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Paralegal with demonstrated experience supporting Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) matters. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in all phases of litigation — from case inception through resolution — with a strong emphasis on employment law and regulatory compliance.
You’ll play a key role in case management, legal research, document preparation, and communication with clients and agencies, particularly regarding EEOC investigations, filings, and proceedings.
Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in managing a high-volume litigation docket, particularly employment-related matters

Prepare and file EEOC charges, responses, position statements, and related documentation

Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and ensure timely filings with the EEOC and other administrative bodies

Draft, format, and organize legal documents including pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and subpoenas

Conduct legal research and summarize findings relevant to employment law and discrimination claims

Coordinate and assist with the collection, review, and production of documents for discovery and case preparation

Maintain communication with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel throughout the litigation process

Support attorneys during hearings, mediations, and depositions as needed
Qualifications

Associate’s degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum of 3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience, with a focus on EEOC and employment law matters

Strong knowledge of EEOC procedures, deadlines, and documentation requirements

Familiarity with federal and state employment laws (ADA, FMLA, Title VII, etc.)

Excellent organizational and case management skills, with high attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external clients

Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software (e.g., Relativity, Clio, Westlaw, or similar)

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced legal environment
