We're hiring a creative, full-time CAD designer to bring clients’ architectural dreams to life! You'll serve as the primary architectural drafter for our company, utilizing design software to produce 2D and 3D designs. Communication is vital for this position as you'll work directly with clients and incorporate their feedback into your designs.

Compensation:

$20 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Accurate projection of plan, section, elevation, and connection details.
• Translate design calculations from the engineer to drawings and models.
• Clear organization in layouts. Scaling, information, dimensions, and overall presentation.
• Material Takeoffs.
• Sketches for other departments.
• Set daily, weekly goals. Report progress weekly.

Qualifications:

• Contract drawings literacy. Understanding views, notes, and general notation and symbols.
• Revit, organized by phases, includes quantification reports.
• AutoCAD, xref, quantification tables, line quality for projection, annotative scales, material takeoffs.
