True View Tints is a fast-growing mobile window tinting company based in Orlando. We’re looking for experienced and dependable tinters who want to earn great money without being tied down to a shop. If you have the skills and the drive, we’ve got the steady work.
What You’ll Do:
• Travel to customer locations (homes, businesses, dealerships)
• Tint various vehicles — cars, trucks, SUVs, and more
• Ensure clean, professional installations
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Represent True View Tints with professionalism and pride
Pay Structure:
• Commission-based — paid per vehicle (not hourly)
• Premium/upgraded tint jobs = higher payouts
• All tint film is provided by us — you supply your tools and talent
• Fast and reliable weekly payouts
✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of automotive tinting experience
• Must have your own tinting tools and reliable transportation
• Punctual, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and manage your time
• Clean, professional work ethic and great customer interaction
