Job Title: Funding Paralegal (Asset Analyst)

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Funding Paralegal (also referred to as an Asset Analyst) to support our estate planning team in Naples. You’ll help implement clients’ estate plans by coordinating asset funding and ensuring that documents and records are complete and accurate. You’ll work closely with clients, attorneys, and financial professionals to verify asset information, prepare transfer documents, and track progress from start to finish.
In addition to your core responsibilities, this role will facilitate one weekly evening educational workshop. You will prepare the event space, welcome attendees, assist the presenting attorney, and make sure the session runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
• Review finalized estate plans and identify which assets require funding
• Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and financial professionals to ensure assets are correctly titled or transferred into trusts
• Draft and file transfer documents, including deeds and other legal instruments
• Prepare funding summaries and maintain detailed tracking through funding checklists
• Maintain organized and accurate client records in both paper and digital formats
• Assist attorneys with drafting estate planning documents as needed
• Assemble estate planning documents for client signing meetings, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Process signed documents: scan, date-stamp, organize, and upload to the client portal
• Assist clients with accessing their secure online portal and answer document-related questions
• Open, organize, and scan incoming mail; manage outgoing mail as needed
Workshop Facilitation (Weekly Evening Event)
• Prepare workshop space and materials and manage attendee check-in
• Welcome attendees and provide clear, friendly guidance throughout the session
• Support the presenting attorney with logistics during the event
• Coordinate basic follow-up actions after the workshop (e.g., scheduling and notes)
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in estate planning or a related legal support role strongly preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, including comfort interacting with clients over the phone and in person
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with legal documentation and proper handling of confidential client records
Schedule
• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Plus one evening per week to facilitate the educational workshop
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary range: $48,000 – $58,000 depending on experience
• Quarterly performance-based bonus structure
