Your Role

What We Offer

* Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program *

Eligible phlebotomists may participate in our PST Incentive Plan, which rewards you with a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

  • Float Incentive: Enjoy an additional $1/hr plus mileage reimbursement!
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, with hours varying between 9:30 AM – 6 PM, including rotating non-major holidays.
  • Work Location: 1192 E. Newport Center Dr - Deerfield Beach, FL

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
  • Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and more.
  • Accurately enter patient information and process billing as needed.
  • Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
  • Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients.
  • Handle administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
  • Travel to additional sites when required.

What We’re Looking For

To ensure the safety of our patients, this position requires successful completion of medical surveillance testing as part of the onboarding process. Labcorp will consider reasonable accommodations for medical contraindications/disabilities or religious beliefs.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency, or previous experience as a phlebotomist.
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record with reliable transportation.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
