We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! We own and operate a large, campus style commercial office property in the Kendall/Sunset area. You will be responsible for completing work orders, general and preventative maintenance on all common areas. Some examples: pressure cleaning, touch up paint, repair/replace faucets/toilets etc. in common area restrooms, roof/gutter cleaning, parking lot maintenance as needed & general upkeep of the exterior of the property.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Complete daily assessment of exterior/common areas and address issues within 24 hours.
- Work with property manager and team to ensure property is upkept and looking its best at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance and/or other related fields.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
