Apartment Leasing Consultant
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Pay: $18–$19 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Summary
Career Strategies is hiring an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant for a professional property management community in Boca Raton. We’re seeking a motivated, customer-service–oriented professional with strong leasing skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Must have experience with: CRM and Yardi software to manage daily operations.

Welcome and tour prospective residents, showcasing apartments and amenities

Accurately process applications, leases, and related paperwork

Maintain prospect traffic logs and follow up with leads

Support marketing efforts, renewals, and resident relations
Qualifications

Leasing experience required (apartment community experience preferred)

Proficiency with CRM and Yardi

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong organizational skills and reliability
