Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking dependable and hardworking Manufacturing Laborers for an undisclosed client in Brooksville, FL. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established, OSHA-certified company with over 30 years in the industry and strong potential for long-term employment.
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely lift, carry, and move finished products from the production line to the loading dock (a short distance away)
- Organize and stage products for placement inside carriers
- Stand for extended periods while handling large, post-production units in a safe manner
- Operate basic power tools, including saws
- Use nail guns for kit building and assembly support
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Expected Results:
- Learn job duties and production processes
- Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures consistent
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move large units safely
- Comfortable operating basic power tools
- Strong attention to safety and teamwork
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Steel toe shoes preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
