Position Overview
ProCare Therapy is actively hiring multiple Special Education Teachers to support Elementary-aged students in structured ESE and IBI classrooms in the Naples area for the 2025 - 26 school year. Candidates must work onsite, M -F, with no remote or hybrid options.
These full-time positions require active Florida ESE certification and Elementary education certification and are contracted through ProCare.
Assignment Details
- Contract Duration: Start ASAP, ends May 29, 2026 (new school year calendar)
- Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, Monday through Friday
- On-Site Requirement: All hours served in-person; no telework or hybrid scheduling
- Caseload / Setting: ESE and IBI classrooms serving Elementary-aged students, typically in grades K-5
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver intensive behavior intervention and specialized academic instruction for students in self-contained or small-group settings.
- Case manage 15-20 elementary-aged students, ensuring compliance with IEP goals.
- Develop, write, and implement IEPs; facilitate IEP meetings with families and school staff.
- Monitor and report progress on behavior and academic objectives; participate in data-based decision making and EBI team meetings.
- Follow faculty schedules and perform any additional duties assigned by school administration.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida Special Education certification (ESE)
- Active Florida Elementary certification (e.g. birthgrade 6 or K?6)
- Experience or coursework related to Intensive Behavior Intervention (IBI) preferred
- Proven skills in IEP development, collaboration with support staff and families, and behavior management
- Strong organizational, communication, and team-based planning capabilities
