Job Description

We are seeking a dependable HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone with good morals, a strong work ethic, and a passion for learning. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems while providing top-notch service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose HVAC/R system issues

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on heating and cooling equipment

• Repair or replace faulty components, wiring, and equipment

• Install new HVAC systems and verify proper operation

• Explain service options and recommendations clearly and professionally to customers

• Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used

• Follow all safety procedures and comply with industry regulations

• Keep company vehicles clean and stocked with necessary tools and parts

• Continuously learn and stay updated with HVAC/R tools, technologies, and best practices

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (HVAC technical training preferred)

• EPA 608 Certification (required to handle refrigerants)

• 2+ years of HVAC service, maintenance, and installation experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, electrical components, and refrigeration cycles

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Good morals, integrity, and strong work ethic

• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and work in various weather conditions
