We are seeking a highly skilled ASE-Certified Automotive Technician to join our growing Service Center. As the finance company behind Motory Group's BHPH operations, our service department supports a carefully selected inventory of Hondas, Nissans, Toyotas, Mazdas, and select domestic trucks. We operate with clear values, a professional environment, and a fast-paced workflow that demands strong diagnostic ability.

Position Details
- Full-Time (Monday–Friday; Saturdays as needed only)
- Annual Compensation: $70,000 – $95,000 (Hourly equivalent based on experience)
- Bring Your Own Tools
- Tool Assistance : Provided based on demonstrated need
- Reports To: Service Advisor / Finance Manager
What You’ll Do
- Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on a focused group of vehicles
(Honda, Nissan, Toyota, Mazda, Ford & Chevy trucks) - Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Work closely with the Service Advisor and existing technician to manage workflow
- Document findings and repair recommendations clearly
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Occasional interaction with customers as needed (not a primary duty)
Qualifications
- ASE Certification required (A-series; A6/A8 preferred)
- L1 (Advanced Engine Performance) is a strong advantage but not required
- 10+ years of experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong diagnostic skills on used vehicles and high-mileage units
- Must supply own tools (tool assistance available as needed)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented small business environment
