We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Permanent Pre-Suit Personal Injury Attorney to join our fast-paced legal firm. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned attorney who is looking to make a significant impact and contribute to our ongoing success. The ideal candidate should be adept at managing pre-suit personal injury cases from inception to settlement. If you are a dedicated, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in personal injury law and a passion for justice, we want to hear from you. Spanish fluency is a big plus , litigation or pre-litigation experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of a client's personal injury case in the pre-suit stage, including case evaluation, client intake, claim setup, insurance company correspondence, medical treatment oversight, and settlement negotiations.
2. Draft and review legal documents including demand letters, settlement agreements, and release forms.
3. Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and court personnel.
4. Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense attorneys to ensure the best outcome for the client.
5. Stay updated on current laws, rulings, and regulations pertaining to personal injury law to provide accurate legal advice.
6. Collaborate with the legal team to strategize and enhance case value and client satisfaction.
7. Participate in firm marketing initiatives and community outreach programs.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
3. Experience an attorney- pre-suit or litigation in personal injury preferred
4. Fluent in Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse client base is preferred
5. Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful settlements.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
8. Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents.
9. Strong interpersonal skills to establish positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
10. Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
