We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator (specifically using an Acurpress/Trumpf) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating press brake machines and possess knowledge of machining techniques.
Hours: 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm (Training on 1st shift 5:00am-1:30pmfor 2-4 weeks)
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press brake machine to bend, form, and shape sheet metal
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the proper settings for the machine
- Complex programming using all features of the press brake
- Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate product dimensions
- Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions or defects
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role
-Machine's used: Trumpf & Accurpress Machines
- Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes
- Must have 1 year experience
- Familiar with schematics
