- Oversee the full project lifecycle for tenant improvement, tilt-wall, warehouse, and commercial renovation projects.
- Coordinate preconstruction activities including budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor buyouts.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
- Lead subcontractor and client meetings to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor site activities in coordination with Superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
- Provide accurate cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations, building long-term partnerships.

- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor.
- Proven track record in tenant improvement, tilt-wall, warehouse, or storage projects.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, contracts, and construction operations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and design teams.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar project management tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow with a reputable South Florida GC.
