Job DescriptionLHH is partnering with a top Tampa firm to hire an experienced Private Services / Wealth Paralegal. In this role, you’ll support attorneys with trust and estate administration, high-net-worth estate planning, and other private client matters.
What You’ll Do:

Manage estate and trust administration, probate filings, and trust funding

Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives

Coordinate with fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and financial institutions
-
Conduct research on probate, guardianship, and wealth transfer matters
-
Maintain client files, track deadlines, and assist with tax reporting (Forms 706/709)

Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders
What You Bring:
-
3+ years’ experience in estate planning, trust administration, or private wealth services
-
Knowledge of Florida probate and estate planning procedures
-
Strong drafting, organizational, and client service skills
-
Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office
-
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
