Job DescriptionLHH is partnering with a top Tampa firm to hire an experienced Private Services / Wealth Paralegal. In this role, you’ll support attorneys with trust and estate administration, high-net-worth estate planning, and other private client matters.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage estate and trust administration, probate filings, and trust funding

  • Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives

  • Coordinate with fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and financial institutions

  • Conduct research on probate, guardianship, and wealth transfer matters

  • Maintain client files, track deadlines, and assist with tax reporting (Forms 706/709)

  • Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in estate planning, trust administration, or private wealth services

  • Knowledge of Florida probate and estate planning procedures

  • Strong drafting, organizational, and client service skills

  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
