A highly respected, nationally recognized litigation firm based in Coral Gables is seeking a driven, intellectually curious, and trial-ready Associate to join its elite team. This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing litigator to contribute to high-impact, high-profile matters—without the burden of billable hour requirements—and be groomed for partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of complex litigation, from case strategy and discovery through trial and appeal

• Draft and argue dispositive motions, participate in depositions, and appear in court

• Collaborate directly with partners and clients on major litigation matters across a variety of substantive areas

• Participate in trial preparation and courtroom presentation on major national and regional cases

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• J.D. from a top-tier law school

• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 or top-tier litigation boutique

• Exceptional legal writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills

• Demonstrated courtroom or trial exposure preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a lean, high-performing environment

• Admission to the Florida Bar (or eligible for admission)
