Experience:
- Manage complex commercial real estate deals from inception to closing
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents
- Review due diligence materials including title, survey, and organizational documents
- Collaborate with clients, lenders, and stakeholders throughout transactions

Requirements:
