Pharmacist in Charge - West Palm Beach, FL

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day Shift | No weekends required

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform and supervise sterile compounding in an ISO-classified cleanroom environment.

· Draft, revise, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to aseptic technique, gowning, cleaning, and environmental monitoring.

· Conduct staff training and competency assessments on sterile technique and cleanroom protocols.

· Collaborate with Quality Assurance on environmental monitoring, sterility testing, and documentation review.

· Maintain accurate batch records, formulations, and compounding logs.

· Participate in internal audits, inspections, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

· Active Florida Pharmacist License (required).

· A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist is required

· Sterile Compounding experience in a USP <797> environment is strongly preferred

· Looking for someone with compounding and management experience, who also holds licenses in/is willing to acquire in Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia, Illinois, and California.

· Experience writing and updating SOPs related to sterile compounding.

· Excellent attention to detail, organizational ability, and communication skills.
