An opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse skilled in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) settings in Hialeah, FL. This contract position involves providing expert nursing care to critically ill neonates, supporting a dynamic and collaborative healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license with NICU specialization
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (absolute requirement)
- Minimum of 2 years acute care hospital experience in NICU
- Competence in working with High Frequency Ventilator (JET) and Oscillator
- Ability and willingness to float to Adult Level III NICU as needed
- Strong critical thinking skills and patient care focus
- Prior experience with Meditech EMR preferred
