Assistant Project Manager – Luxury Residential Construction
Aventura, FL | Full-Time | Mon-Fri, 8 AM – 4 PM
Join a premier luxury homebuilder based in Aventura, FL, specializing in $1M–$10M custom homes across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. We're seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager, Junior Project Manager, or Project Coordinator ready to grow within a high-end residential construction environment.
What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day project operations from pre-construction through close-out
- Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
- Track materials, RFIs, and change orders
- Communicate with vendors, designers, and permitting officials
- Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress and quality
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years' experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Junior Project Manager, or Project Coordinator for a General Contractor
- Background in luxury or custom residential construction required
- Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore, or similar software
- Construction Management degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or Portuguese) a plus
