We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to become a part of our Personal Injury Law Firm. We are a trial law firm that has trials every month and looking for a litigation attorney to sit second chair with our trial attorney and assist with proceedings.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court, depositions and mediation.
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Negotiate settlement
- Perform administrative and management functions including supervision of a team of litigation paralegals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Personal Injury Law.
- Familiarity with Westlaw or LexisNexis.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
