Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking HVAC Helper to assist our HVAC Technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn the trade, follow instructions, and perform a variety of physical tasks in residential, commercial, and/or industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist HVAC Technicians with installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems.

Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.

Help set up and clean up job sites, including removing old equipment and debris.

Hold or hand tools and materials to technicians as needed.

Perform basic tasks such as cutting and assembling ductwork, connecting pipes, and attaching fittings.

Ensure work area is clean, safe, and organized at all times.

Follow company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA regulations.

Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately under supervision.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in construction or HVAC preferred but not required.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including tight spaces, roofs, and outdoors in various weather.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.

Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Basic knowledge of HVAC tools and materials.

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
