Job Title: Installation Manager -Kairos Roofing
Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried (Exempt)
Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 + bonus

Job Overview:
The Installation Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of residential installation projects—from scheduling and field supervision to customer communication and quality control. This position oversees field crews, supports office operations, ensures compliance with safety standards, and plays a critical role in delivering a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Quality Control
- Schedule and coordinate installation crews, equipment, and materials to meet multiple daily project timelines
- Conduct job site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and safety compliance
- Address and resolve project challenges in real-time
- Manage documentation, including permits, change orders, and project notes
Team Leadership
- Supervise Field Project Managers, Repair Technicians, and Production/Administrative staff
- Set clear expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and foster a high-performing team culture
- Approve and oversee hourly time tracking/payroll for field staff
Customer Communication & Satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their projects
- Conduct final walkthroughs, address concerns, and secure customer signatures on completion forms
- Encourage customer feedback and online reviews
Logistics & Inventory Management
- Order, track, and coordinate delivery of materials and equipment
- Return unused materials for proper inventory management and vendor credit
- Ensure job site readiness and cleanup upon completion
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce all federal, state, and local safety regulations and internal safety policies
- Take prompt action to resolve safety or quality issues on-site
- Support neighborhood outreach efforts (“cloverleafing”) to promote local visibility
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in project management, construction, or roofing installation roles.
- Roofing background/ knowledge is a must have
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Experience in a skilled trade or home improvement industry is preferred.
