Our client, an elite national law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Miami office.
You will support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial, by maintaining case files and chronologies, organizing materials for review, and managing large document productions.
Varied responsibilities include conducting investigative and background research, locating witnesses, and gathering case information, reviewing and analyzing documents and depositions, supporting depositions, preparing motions and briefs, and managing all aspects of trial preparation, from organizing exhibits and witness binders to coordinating with litigation support teams and handling workrooms and electronic presentations.
Experience in complex litigation and e-discovery, including hands-on use of e-discovery tools, is highly preferred.
