File Clerk / Office Assistant to assist at Trial
Temporary - September 21 - October 18, 2025
We are working with a firm that needs a runner / assistant in a temporary capacity from September 21 - October 18, 2025 in Miami, FL to assist attorneys and paralegals at a Trial. This is a unique opportunity for the right person.

Qualified candidates MUST:
- clean driving record and driver's license (over the age of 23)
- be willing to sign a nondisclosure agreement
- be able to commit for the duration
- be organized, responsible, and punctual
- be able to lift heavy boxes (multiple 50 lb boxes and/or equipment)
- be available for overtime/weekends/evenings and to stay on-site at a hotel in Miami (room/board is paid).

Job Duties:
- prepare trial room with files
- run file boxes to and from courthouse
- stock and organize supplies - coffee, pens, lunch and dinner
- run various errands for trial team (dry cleaner, grocery store, etc.)
- be available for on-call emergencies

Key points:
- this position will include overtime
- some days may include 6 AM arrivals and 8 PM endings - 7 days a week
- previous law firm runner experience is helpful, but not required
