House of Hope, a nonprofit organization, is seeking an experienced masters level clinician who demonstrates empathy, compassion, effective communication, professionalism all while having the ability to build a rapport with the clients served to join our team! As a masters level clinician with House of Hope, knowledge regarding individuals with both substance abuse and mental health illness is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement treatment plans and treatment plan updates with clients.
  • Timely completion of Biopsychosocial with clients.
  • Provide education and orientation to clients.
  • Facilitate counseling groups.
  • Provide crisis intervention.
  • Instrumental in the treatment, transition, and discharge/aftercare planning of clients.
  • Provide appropriate chart documentation utilizing industry accepted standards while following company policy and procedures.


Minimum Qualifications and Skills:


60-hour masters degree (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling) required.
Two (2) years of experience working in the field of addition and or mental health required.
Experience working with the substance abuse population preferred.
Ability to positively interact with individuals and facilitate groups.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Computer literate.
