Job Description

Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A specialized opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert behavioral support within a dynamic K-12 school environment in Fort Myers, FL. This contract role is set to begin in early January and conclude at the end of May, offering full-time work at 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering behavior intervention plans and strategies tailored to diverse student needs across multiple school sites.
Supporting students in both elementary and high school settings, including specialized autism classrooms.
Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student behavioral outcomes.
Tracking progress and adjusting interventions to promote effective learning and development.
Maintaining compliance with all licensing and educational standards.

Qualifications:

Active BCBA licensure is required.
Experience working with a K-12 student population, including autism-specific programs, is preferred.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt interventions to varying educational settings and age groups.

Location: Fort Myers, FL, with assignments possibly spanning several nearby school locations.
