Our Disclosure Department is looking to hire a Disclosure-Opening Coordinator.

ALL REMOTE POSITIONS REQUIRE A DOWNLOAD SPEED OF NO LESS THAN 100 MBPS.

Job Title: Disclosure-Opening Coordinator

Reports To: Disclosure Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Department: Disclosure

Division: Retail/TPO

Salary Range: $42K to $47K per year

Summary:

Review of all TRID required disclosures and RESPA requirements; Fee Validation; Ensures compliant disclosure throughout the loan process; completes tasked third-party service orders. Understand differentiation between Retail and TPO division requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviews and distributes initial disclosures to ensure that loan applicants receive complete and accurate disclosures in compliance with Federal and State regulation
  • Validates and ensures fees entered by loan officer or by third party originator are accurate
  • Reviews and validates file support documentation; completes scrub document detailing same
  • Prepares and distributes initial disclosure packets to ensure that loan applicants receive complete and accurate disclosures in compliance with Federal and State regulations
  • Sends requests/notifications to LO/LOA/processor (as appropriate) concerning required trailing documents or file errors
  • Solicits instruction and direction from appropriate individual(s) on all files that require corrective action outside the Coordinators responsibility of capability
  • Compliance review of all Loans using Mavent process
  • Communication of Mavent Alert or Fail findings to appropriate individual(s)
  • Monitors and tracks the pipeline of loans to ensure timeliness and accuracy of documents and provides additional processing for past due or untimely disclosures.
  • Re-disclosure input; lost disclosure link solutions; manual fulfilment process
  • Prepares and distributes changed disclosures via Changed Circumstance re-disclosure preparation, validation and Mavent review process
  • Monitors and tracks the re-distribution of changed disclosures to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Process all required third-party services necessary for forward movement of loan
  • Ordering & follow-up on Written Verification of Employment requests.
  • Assist on Processor-generated requests related to the Disclosure/Opening or COC process
  • Attend necessary training on changes for knowledge and skills
  • Other assigned tasks or responsibilities that may not be delineated above

Education/Experience:

Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Working knowledge of Word, PDF, Excel programs

Experience in Encompass LOS system preferred

Familiarity with Mavent compliance analysis required
