The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects through all phases of development, including planning, interpretation, organization, scheduling, and execution. Reporting directly to the Project Executive, the PM serves as the primary point of contact for project-related communications. This role involves overseeing staffing and scheduling, managing the project team to optimize resource utilization, and supervising design development, production of construction documents, and construction administration. The PM is also tasked with cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and holds the authority to direct, control, and monitor all aspects of project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Experience with multifamily, high-rise, hospitality, mixed-use....is a plus
- Revit
- Client communication experience
- Architecture license is not required, but is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Delivers projects from start to finish with minimal oversight.
- Effectively manages project staff and schedule to ensure completion within allocated period of time.
- Effectively and proactively coaches, mentors and provides performance - enhancing feedback to team members.
- Ensures that CA activities emphasizes efficiency, quality assurance, and code compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to perform business development activities and assist in marketing activities.
- Mentor junior colleagues in all areas of professional and technical development.
- Ensure quality assurance and quality control, including regarding Revit.
