- Assist Project Managers in overseeing all phases of construction projects.
- Coordinate budgets, labor, and equipment resources to meet project goals.
- Review drawings, specifications, and proposals to prepare accurate estimates.
- Support scheduling, material control, and on-site administrative functions.
- Provide technical guidance and recommend construction methods and equipment.
- Manage change orders and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Conduct risk assessments and help develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical training.
- 5+ years of experience in construction management, estimating, or craft supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and provide practical solutions.
- Experience with government contracts and procurement processes is a plus.
