The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of litigation matters, conducting thorough legal research, drafting necessary legal documents, and representing clients in court. - Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- At least 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial law or consumer protection.
- Strong understanding of state and federal litigation procedures.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Eligible to practice law in the state where PSI operates.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
