Compensation:

$125,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and build lasting relationships.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract buyers.
  • Assist clients in navigating the buying and selling process, ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for listings.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate information.
  • Utilize our proven systems to generate and manage leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, always aiming for the best possible outcome for all parties involved.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and team members.
  • Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
