Key Roles of a Restore Nurse

Medical Operations & Clinical Duties

As a Nurse at Restore, you’ll play an essential role in delivering safe, effective, and personalized care through a range of medical and wellness services. You'll be part of a dynamic, client-focused team working to optimize health and performance for every individual who walks through our doors.
Administer IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular (IM) Shots, delivering a variety of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants in accordance with established protocols.
Educate clients on the ingredients, benefits, and applications of our IV Drip and IM Shot offerings.
Safely conduct Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions, ensuring client comfort and adherence to safety procedures.
Support client wellness optimization by utilizing blood testing services and interpreting results under clinical guidance.
Promote appropriate memberships and medical services based on client goals and clinical indications.
Accurately document all client visits and services performed in electronic medical records (EMR).
Respond to client inquiries using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide, and escalate concerns as needed to the Medical Director or Advanced Practice Providers.
Communicate promptly with the medical compliance team regarding any adverse reactions or issues during treatments.
Provide therapeutic communication and maintain a high standard of customer service throughout each interaction.
Assist team members in delivering in-store services and maintaining smooth daily operations.
Participate in off-site nursing events, community outreach, and other special projects as assigned.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company protocols and healthcare standards.
Report directly to the Lead Nurse and collaborate with a multidisciplinary wellness team.

Qualities You Need to Succeed as a Restore Nurse

You’re a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
You have at least two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg or similar).
You are BLS (Basic Life Support) certified
You have at least one year of experience administering injections.
You’re comfortable using electronic medical records to document client details.
You maintain a non-judgmental outlook and have a demonstrated ability to work with a diverse clientele.
Your verbal and written communication skills are on point.
You value ethics and integrity.
You embrace a team environment and also excel at working independently.
You’re willing to adhere to all policies and procedures and understand the importance of maintaining medical compliance.
