AVI, an FCAH Aerospace brand located in Sunrise, FL, is currently seeking a Tester to join our team.
 
Essential Job Functions:
<ul>
<li>Checking Paper work and confirm units’ information from Customer P.O. </li>
<li>Disassembling units IAW OEM C.M.</li>
<li>Conducting functional test on the units</li>
<li>Over pressuring the unit IAW C.M.M.</li>
<li>Conducting pressure release valve test</li>
<li>Placing units on stabilization/ air retention test</li>
<li>Removing the hose and cylinders from units</li>
<li>Sending hoses to Valve Shop to perform hydro test</li>
<li>Checking the air pressure of the units</li>
<li>Conducting light test</li>
<li>Checking Test Work Record Form is sign for Technician and Inspector</li>
<li>Placing Test Work Record Form in Inspection Office and fill out Log Book</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds</li>
<li>Experience with hand tools</li>
<li>Aviation experience a plus</li>
