WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are hiring:

• Established barbers with a strong clientele
• Motivated barbers with little to no clientele (we help you build FAST)
• Braiders & natural hair specialists (HIGHLY PREFERRED)

We want self-motivated, goal-driven barbers who see themselves as entrepreneurs, not just workers.

REQUIRED SKILLS

You must be confident and consistent with:

• Enhancements
• Drop fades, taper fades, high-top fades
• Sharp line-ups
• Beard sculpting & razor work
• Shear / scissor work
• High-volume clientele management
• Professional customer service

Bonus if you specialize in braiding, designs, or advanced grooming services.
