McShea Contracting is a trusted leader in the road striping industry, delivering high-quality infrastructure services throughout Florida. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Specialist to join our team in Lehigh Acres, FL.

Position Summary:

The Contract Specialist will be responsible for managing the preparation, review, and administration of contracts and related documents. This role ensures compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and project requirements while maintaining organized records of all contract activity.

This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to attend a 1–2-week training period at our Plant City, FL office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and enter contract agreements, amendments, and related documents.
  • Ensure all contract documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical contract files.
  • Track contract status, expiration dates, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and administrative staff to gather required contract information.
  • Generate reports and summaries using Excel to monitor contract data and performance metrics.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding contract-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in contract administration, contract coordination, or a similar role (construction or paving industry experience a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data entry, and reporting).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
  • Willingness and ability to complete a 1–2-week training period in Plant City, FL.
  • Knowledge of Vista preferred but not required.
