Soliant Health is seeking an Interim Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for a small Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital in Ocala, FL.
Position Overview:
<ul>
<li>Facility Type: LTAC Hospital </li>
<li>Census: 31 beds </li>
<li>Need: The site currently does not have a Director of Pharmacy (DOP), requiring a FL-licensed pharmacist with an active FL consultant license to take on the PIC role. </li>
<li>Role: More of a working manager position, meaning some staffing will likely be required. </li>
</ul>
Assignment Details:
<ul>
<li>Start Date: ASAP </li>
<li>Duration: 813 weeks </li>
<li>Schedule: MondayFriday, day shifts </li>
<li>Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Active Florida pharmacist license</li>
<li>Florida consultant pharmacist license (required to hold PIC in FL) </li>
<li>Inpatient experience </li>
<li>Willingness to take on the PIC role </li>
