Kimmich | Smith Architecture, LLC (KSA) is a growing Tampa, Florida-based Architecture firm also serving our clients in Tennessee, Ohio and Georgia. At KSA we help our clients discover the creative potential of their properties which serve the Multifamily, Condo, Hotel, Commercial, Office, and Mixed-Use development sectors.
KSA is celebrating 9 years in business and we are excited to expand our team with this position! We are seeking someone who will be able to take us to another level even as a smaller firm ~ We realize proper and timely service to our clients hinges on the smooth operation of all the unseen, yet vitally important, behind the scenes aspects of our firm.
Your role will be to provide top level service as a senior architect responsible for guiding projects from concept through completion while ensuring alignment with the firm’s mission, design excellence standards, and client goals. This role combines visionary design leadership with hands-on project oversight, team mentorship, and operational execution.
Leading a team of designers, and drafters, this position fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will oversee design quality, technical coordination, and project performance—managing schedules, budgets, and consultant relationships to ensure exceptional outcomes. This position plays a critical role in shaping both the built environment and the growth of the firm by integrating creativity, strategic thinking, and operational discipline.
