Project Coordinator (Commercial Construction)

Job Description

Our client is a growing commercial glass and glazing contractor serving healthcare, education, logistics, retail, hospitality, automotive, and mid-rise construction projects. They are known for strong execution, accountability, and getting projects across the finish line the right way.

They are hiring a Project Coordinator to support projects from preconstruction and estimating through execution and closeout. This role provides exposure to the full construction lifecycle and is built for someone early in their career who wants meaningful responsibility and upward growth.

What You’ll Do

• Support active commercial projects alongside Project Managers
• Assist with preconstruction efforts including takeoffs, scope reviews, and pricing coordination
• Help manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors
• Track deliverables and follow up on open action items
• Maintain organized records across multiple software platforms
• Identify workflow improvements and help drive efficiency

Who This Is For

• Background in construction, estimating, engineering support, project coordination, or a related field
• Or a recent graduate with strong internships, project-based experience, or relevant exposure
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
• Technically capable and quick to learn new systems
• Strong communicator who follows through
• Organized, accountable, and motivated to grow
